“Open Heaven’s” at Women’s Conference

Virginia Beach, Va. – Hundreds of women attended this year’s “Prophetic Victorious Women’s Conference” at Rock Church in Virginia Beach, Va. Dr. Anne Gimenez said the conference was a “success” as she declared “open heavens” over Rock Church and all who attended. Conference participants enjoyed a mighty move of the Holy Spirit and worship times were joyful with a spirit of release and unity as everyone welcomed in the presence of the Lord.

Hosted by Rock Church International and sponsored by Anne Gimenez Ministries, the dual theme of this year’s conference was victorious living and moving in the prophetic call of God. Sessions were focused towards the “whole woman” and were designed to encourage, inspire and to empower women to reach their full potential in Christ Jesus. The theme of this year’s conference proved to be prophetic as Apostle Jane Hamon prophesied over each of the Conference speakers and over many attendees. Friday night, Hamon, the daughter in law of Dr.Bill Hamon, “activated” audience members in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Organizers say there was a great outpouring of God’s anointing among the attendees with many feeling as if a cloud had been lifted off of them. The event was well attended by pastors and pastor’s wives from churches everywhere.

One participant said, “I left the conference with my mind focused on the new places God was leading me to rather than being discouraged about my present and my past”. Jane Hamon’s word on the “Season of the Narrow Place” was enlightening as she encouraged us “not be moved by circumstances but to realize that God is with us in the midst of every narrow, unfamiliar and uncomfortable place”.

Other speakers included Author and Pastor, Dr. Lynn Lucas, Pastor Janet Kreis and Pastor Candy Christmas.

Internationally renowned violinist LaDonna Taylor played and ministered. One person said her playing ushered in a “quite peace” while another said when she played “it’s heaven to me”. Special music was also provided by Candy Christmas, with additional music by Minister Tammie Bennett and the Rock Church Praise Team.

Day sessions were held at the Westin Virginia Beach Town Center Hotel and night sessions were at Rock Church, Virginia Beach, VA.
